The following terms are used with specific meanings in these Terms. "Platform" refers to the 456ba website and all associated services. "User" refers to any person who has registered an account on the platform or is using its services. "Account" refers to a user's personal profile on the platform.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

• Welcome Bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example — a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Wagering Requirement: A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. For example — receiving a ৳1,200 bonus requires ৳12,000 in wagers before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not combined with the deposit.
• Bonus Expiry: If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Fraudulent Activity: If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be investigated and the bonus may be cancelled.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly permitted.

456ba reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Separate terms applicable to a specific promotion will be stated in that offer's description.

Gaming Rules & Fair Conduct

All games on the 456ba platform follow fair play principles. Users must comply with the following:

• Technical Manipulation Prohibited: Any attempt to influence game outcomes using software, bots, automated systems, or any other technical means is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion Prohibited: Manipulating any game or betting situation by colluding with other players is prohibited.
• Chargeback Policy: Fraudulent chargeback claims may result in account closure and legal action.
• Finality of Results: All game results are final and non-disputable, except in cases of technical error.

• Silver Tier: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback. The next step after being promoted from Bronze.
